TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Event Overview

Zone 5 Events Ltd organises endurance events including, but not limited to, “Endure the Moor”. By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years or older on the day of the event

• Participants must be physically fit and capable of completing the event

• By registering, you confirm you are medically fit to participate

3. Nature of the Event

• This is a physically demanding endurance event

• Participants complete repeated laps (approx. 4.167 miles per lap)

• The event continues until only one participant remains

• There is no guaranteed finish time or distance

4. Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The event involves significant physical exertion

• There is risk of:

• Injury

• Illness

• Dehydration

• Exhaustion

• In extreme cases, serious harm or death

You participate entirely at your own risk

5. Medical Responsibility

• You are responsible for monitoring your own condition during the event

• You must withdraw if you feel unwell or unable to continue safely

• Event staff may remove you if they believe continuing is unsafe

6. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Zone 5 Events is not liable for:

• Injury

• Loss

• Damage

• Death

arising from participation in the event

This includes:

• Personal injury during the event

• Loss or damage to personal belongings

7. Insurance

• Participants are responsible for their own personal insurance if desired

• We do not provide personal accident insurance

8. Event Rules & Disqualification

We reserve the right to:

• Disqualify participants who:

• Do not follow event rules

• Act dangerously

• Show unsportsmanlike behaviour

No refunds will be given in these cases

9. Entry & Refund Policy

• All entries are non-refundable

• Entries are non-transferable unless explicitly stated

• If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, safety, government restrictions):

• We may offer:

• A deferral

• Partial refund

• Credit for future events

10. Event Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Change:

• Event format

• Start time

• Location

if required for safety or operational reasons

11. Personal Belongings & Crew Areas

• Participants are responsible for their own equipment and belongings

• Crew base areas are used at your own risk

• We are not liable for theft, loss, or damage

12. Photography & Media

By participating, you agree that:

• Photos/videos may be taken during the event

• These may be used for:

• Marketing

• Social media

• Promotional purposes

without compensation

13. Data Protection

• Your personal data will be used for:

• Event administration

• Communication

• We will not sell your data to third parties

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellation or disruption caused by:

• Weather

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Circumstances beyond our control

15. Agreement

By entering the event, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

• You agree to be bound by them

• You participate at your own risk
